    Called in as I was having issues on downloading from a site that I and other users have used in the past, the store was empty so good opportunity to engage with assistant, Explained the issue and offered to demonstrate but stock answer was "Contact the app developer it's not an Apple fault" After explaining that I had already contacted developer and checked on internet where other users were successfully downloaded MP3 met the same answer "not Apple fault". Having spent best part of £3000 in the store over the years (IMac , two IPads and numerous sundries) I do not think it would be too much trouble to let me demonstrate the problem in a still customer free store.
